Welcome to Reverie Home. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reverie Home mobile application (the "App") and website at reveriehome.app (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Services," operated by Reverie Home ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, by sending you an email or displaying a notice in the App.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from our Services

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a security risk.

Reverie Home provides AI-powered interior design services that allow you to:

• Upload photos of rooms in your home
• Generate AI-powered redesigns and visualizations
• Explore different interior design styles
• Save and share your generated designs
• Access premium features through subscription plans

Our Services use artificial intelligence technology to generate images. Results may vary, and we do not guarantee that generated images will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

5.1 Free and Premium Features

Some features of our Services are available for free, while others require a paid subscription. Free features may be limited in functionality or usage.

5.2 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of each plan are available in the App. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on your plan).

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.

5.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not directly process refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

6.1 Your Content

"User Content" means any photos, images, text, or other materials you upload, submit, or transmit through our Services.

6.2 Ownership

You retain ownership of your original User Content (such as the photos you upload). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

6.3 Generated Content

AI-generated images created through our Services ("Generated Content") are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share Generated Content on social media and with friends and family. Commercial use of Generated Content requires our prior written consent.

6.4 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, submit, or transmit any content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without their consent
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Depicts minors or is intended to sexualize, exploit, or harm children

6.5 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to process any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Circumvent any technological measures we use to protect the Services
• Use the Services to develop competing products or services
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without authorization
• Generate content intended to deceive others about its AI-generated nature
• Create deepfakes or misleading imagery of real people without consent

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and trademarks, are owned by Reverie Home and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including:

• Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In
• Payment processors (RevenueCat)
• Analytics services (Firebase)

We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT
• WARRANTIES THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVERIE HOME, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reverie Home and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Any activity conducted through your account

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting us at support@reveriehome.app.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• Your account and associated data may be deleted
• Any active subscription will not be refunded for the remaining period
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may proceed to binding arbitration or, where permitted, to small claims court.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reverie Home regarding the Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
